short walk to main square, near new Rail Park, limited neighborhood noise
They don’t allow visitors to meet you at the hotel, which was incredibly frustrating!!! The wifi was completely down during our stay, making it impossible to communicate with friends!!! A few more breakfast options would have been appreciated too!!!

during my stay, I loved how easily I could stroll to nearby attractions like the beautiful Plaza Grande, just a short walk away, and enjoy a delightful coffee at a charming café within minutes, making my city explorations thoroughly enjoyable.

Ya'Ax is a culinary delight! Chef Luis's breakfast jazzes up your morning, and the relaxing pool area feels like paradise. Our stay in the Deluxe Double Room was pure bliss with a comfy bed that wrapped us in luxury.
Meeting friends was a challenge as the hotel doesn't allow visitors in, and wifi gremlins made communication impossible. Thankfully, the general manager was a gem, steering us through the staff hiccups brightly.

The pool view was stunning and provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation, making our afternoons incredibly enjoyable.
The limitations on breakfast options and the consistently oversized portions at the in-house restaurant made dining less than satisfactory.

A Mixed Experience with Potential
The room had a cozy charm, but lacked proper upkeep upon arrival. Enjoyed strolls to nearby attractions and found the breakfast at the in-house restaurant memorable. Staff needs improvement in communication, yet the ambiance offers a quaint escape. Consider checking room cleanliness before settling in.

Couple's Retreat at its Best
The room was super luxurious with high ceilings and a unique boho chic vibe, making it feel so special. The breakfast was included and it blew me away, the best I've had anywhere, really felt like a king starting the day.
It wasn’t cheap , but you get what you pay for.

The room was lovely with high ceilings and a modern boho vibe that made it feel special, and I can't stop raving about the delicious breakfast that was included. Enjoying the outdoor swimming pool and the serene garden area was such a nice way to unwind after a day of exploring. If I had to nitpick, the lighting in the room could have been a bit brighter, but overall, it was such a wonderful stay! 😊

The hotel's high ceilings and modern boho chic decor created a unique ambiance, while the chilled pool offered a serene escape after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a standout, featuring an array of fresh fruits, making mornings delightful. However, the limited variety for dining could become monotonous, and the neighborhood noise mixed with occasional foot traffic may detract from relaxation. Communication could also improve, as I encountered minor issues reaching staff during peak times.

great stay but could use more breakfast choices
We enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere, having the place mostly to ourselves during our stay. The staff were particularly welcoming, going out of their way to assist. The pool view was stunning and provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation! The breakfast was delightful, especially the offerings of fresh fruits, which made our mornings special.
The limited breakfast options could be improved.
